The boy’s golf team set another school record this year by shooting a team score of 382. Unfortunately, scores of 73, 74, 75, 79 and 81 were only good enough for 3rd place in what many people are calling the toughest league in Northern California. The eagles finished behind Jesuit (2nd place-377) and Folsom (1st place-371).

Folsom, is the overall DRL champion and both Folsom and Jesuit will represent the DRL in the Divisionals which start on Monday at El Macero country club. Pleasant Grove which did not qualify as a team did qualify 5 players who will compete on Monday as individuals in the divisions. The qualifyers from Pleasant Grove are Cole Zarecky, Stephen Mesich, Michael Grenz, David Snider, and Ross Martin. If any of these five players are able to qualify from El Macero, they will advance to the Masters tournament the following Monday at The Reserve in Stockton.
