Intersections that have just been repaved but not yet repainted in RM. it seems that the red stop sign is not enough-and without the white STOP on the ground-cars have been flying through the last few days. So, careful if you are turning in front of a vehicle at one of these intersections-saw a sedan almost t-boned by a construction truck at Pera and the lower Guadalupe Saturday.
folks should come out and see Bass Lake. It is half the size before all the improvements. The banks are now higher and scoured of vegetation. The birds, otters and most animals are now gone. There is a line of rocks for some reason marking where the water stops and the empty basin (finger)sits empty. The Rancho Murieta Association is still looking for people to run for the Board. I estimate we have about 3,000 people in our community who are eligible to serve on the Board. It shouldn't be this difficult to find 4 or 5 people to run. Your community needs you to step up and make a difference. Remember, each successful candidate gets a free Hawaiian shirt to wear to the meetings.
