One reviewer said that "if you are a six year old boy - you'll love it". And he did. Mommy .. not so much.

1 bleeped S word
Several lower level potty words that no parent likes uttered in public
One middle finger gesture from a young kid
Creepy bad guy factor on par with nightmarish clowns
And, you might not like the fact that the primary good guy characters are all avowed atheists stating "racing" is their religion over and over again.
Lots of cleavage!

The 9 year old boy we were with liked it but was appalled that the 6 year old saw and heard all the naughty words/gestures.

The 11 year old girl thought it was pointless to the story.

Rated PG and two thumbs down from Mommy.

Yup, gonna have to agree. The hubby and I saw this as we grew up with the cartoon but it didn't take long to make the decision that the kids wouldn't get to see it for many of the reasons stated above. Really sad too because the visual effects are just awesome and I was keeping my fingers crossed while watching it that it would be clean, but they went and followed the rest of the movies out there and ruined it for a lot of families. I mean really now, when a main character needs to say "s_ _t" and there absolutely not reason for it, it's ridiculous. I wouldn't even let me almost-twelve-year-old see it.

Fun for adults though especially if you watched the show as a kid. The racing scenes a a blast!
