Fear Itself (The Commons)

Just flipped by this TV show on channel 3. It's the HOA from he**, regulating fidelity (public stoning while wearing a pig's mask can be a punishment for straying) and when couples have children etc.

Has anyone watched this show? I only saw about 10 minutes of it.and those 10 minutes were pretty creepy.
