scatter, we have to get together... i have the same as yours with an added of squash, cucmbers, sun flowers, and trying to grow lettuce, but something is getting fat on them? i love to grow things. i put in raised beds in the common area between my neighbor and i. fenced it off so the dear can't get to it. i also have chives on the deck and a few other things. pm me and lets exchange a few tips.

As always there are the spices.... Savory, Thyme, Rosemary, Sage, Garllic, Parsley, Taragon, Oregano, Marjoram......and..... for smells Pineapple Sage and Lavender.

The Plum, Apple, Pear, and Peach trees are loaded as is the Almond. The Blueberries (6 now) all survived winter and are loaded again as will I am sure the strawberries this year. The Zin, Thompson, Red Rave, and Syrah vines have popped and we are looking forward to this years wine batch and we hope this year to finally get kiwi fruit.....

Its gonna be a fun year!

Yup. The Zins last year were good enough for it although we picked too early. This year we plan for two batches now that we have all the hardware. Last year turned into a good batch of wine vinegar but we know why that happened now.

DB....sure you live here in RM? How come it does not get eaten by the deer! Maybe you have a grreenhouse, or a deck?

I do have lovely weeds though, can you use some for making weed wine? .

5 foot fences have the deer at bay. That and liberal usage of deer fence liquid repellant works wonders on everywhere else. We feed a 6 pointer after the main plum harvest each year. We nicknamed him Buck and he knows his name well......

Good for you old son!

Sadly the older I become the less patience I have for anything. To think I once sat up until 3:am undoing the buttonholes (at least 15 of them) on a dress I was making, as they were on the wrong side! Today I would have tossed it aside; no I wouldn't, as I would not have ventured in to such an undertaking......money was quite scarce in those days though.
