You know that dip in Stone House that is always green? Sorta 1/2 way between Latrobe and Jackson Highway?

How come there is so much water there?

I know it is a low spot, but summin is going on there.

I'm not really sure which spot you're speaking of (though I'm sorta thinking of a spot that has tules growing along the side of the road). How close is it to the park? Maybe RMA is over-watering Stonehouse park and/or they have leaks in their water lines. If it's not close enough to that, perhaps a homeowner is over-watering, and if that's not it, maybe there's an underground spring that just happens to come out in the spot of which you speak.

The post about an underground spring might not be too far off base.... we had an underground spring pop up through the middle of Verona (street in the South) last year- what a surprise that was for everyone!
