Default Sleep Talker ...read on for a smile

Ok, I admit I do have a problem by talking in my sleep, as hubby does with his LOUD snoring. So now, the dog takes turns putting up with either one of us.

Well last week, when hubby was out of town I can remember talking to my dog over and over in my sleep. Cannot remember a thing I was saying; was enough for her to wake me up with some kind of answer though. I kid you not!

Told hubby this upon his return, which only led him to believe I am more daft than he gave me credit for.

Come last Sat morning, (hubby gets up before any bird or rooster I know.) He hears me talking yet again in my sleep, as does our dog that is with him in the family room. She starts to talk back to me in her own way. Hubby now starts to think the pair of us are totally bonkers! Yeah right, he's only jealous that us females (matter not the species) have this ability to communicate. I guess this makes a case for the males that say we make a lot of senseless noise. Hey, only in our sleep though!

He never believed me about the ghost either until it made it's presense known to him. That was so long ago though, and another story. Stay tuned!

I watched Oprah that I had recorded about night terrors, and people who eat and talk in their sleep. It was quite an interesting show to watch. I actually talked and walked in my sleep when I was young, thank goodness, it has stopped. I also woke up a few times screaming as well, and that also is gone. Working on finding peace has helped this stuff stop.
