My better half is surprizing me with something but thanks though. I have given up trying to avoid the HFC as its impossible unless I stick to wine or beer. I do limit the sugar intake though during the day with tea and stevia.

Re: HFC - I'm smack in the middle of a proposal to eliminate it from school offerings. I think Sonoma county did it. Wish me luck.

Good luck as I have a gut feeling (no pun intended) that they will find that transfat and HFC are responsible for the obesity problem in this country.
