My Kid's Soccer Coach

Hey Coach!

I saw you out there sweating in 100 degree heat shouting directions at our focused, motivated kids. Reminding us parents that we need to show up and yell for our team - not just chat about Open House. Directing golf cart traffic, getting the kids to cheer for the victorious team, prompting parents to make a "bridge" for all the kids to run under... Coach, you did a great job. You inspired the kids and parents. Thanks for helping us show up for our kids in a way that they'll remember forever. And thanks too for my favorite line of the day "Are we ready? Did everyone remember to wear their underwear?"

No kidding Kevin! I get all weepy the way this community -RMO and RM- comes together for the important stuff.

When we moved from the sticks to RM it was a straight logic/checklist pick because we were a little heartbroken to leave our country house. It was the best leap of logic we ever made. Have a great Sunday Coach!

We have two awesome coaches as well. Our first game was so much fun to watch and the girls really looked like they had fun. I know my daughter did.

If you look at my statistics, I know I'm at the bottom of the list in the W/L column. My statistic is if they come back and play next year.

Kevin and Martha will back me up on this. I have reffed in EGYSL from back in the days when we were still with the Wilton Club, and have reffed in town, at District Cup, etc. Without a doubt, we have the best coaches (and parents) in the League.
