CRES Rocks!

Seriously. I know I covered this in the other school thread but I have to say it again. An enormous improvement over last year organizationally speaking. What did you all do? I'm writing an email to Mr Gulden and the district. Here's what I noticed in First Grade this year:

1) Friendly and punctual bus drivers ( the kids first contact with the school)
2) Teachers with clip boards logging which kids get pu'd verses bus home and which bus number.
3) Laminated cute as a button bus "passes" each kid carries to affirm where they go and which bus.
4) Kids stay with teacher until the parent picks them up (if they are picked up.)
5) Very friendly volunteers helping everyone cross streets and get to class.


The result? Happy kids, secure parents and at least one die hard CRES convert. I just can't thank you enough PTA, Teachers, Administration and Volunteers.

That may also have something to do with the fact that all the FIRST grade teachers at CRES are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoyed all those things last year as well
