Strings Italian Restaurant

I went to Strings for lunch today (by the way, there's a new one in Martel). They are offering a summer salad - Caribbean Chicken Salad: Grilled Chicken, romaine lettuce, sliced strawberries, mandarin oranges and chopped walnuts. It comes with a creamy cucumber dressing BUT my advise...ask for the dressing on the side because 1) it doesn't need a dressing at all 2) I tried a little of the dressing and didn't think it really went with it 3) who needs those extra calories anyway
