Summer time is BBQ time

We love to BBQ. There is nothing better then a good BBQ and it helps keep the house cool on those hot summer days. We are grilling a lot of Veggies this year from our garden and they are turning out great. We are always looking for new ideas so what better place to ask.

What are your favorite BBQ recipes?

Here's a real simple and quick meal everyone loves:

4-boneless skinless chicken breast
White Rice
Soy Vay Island Teriyaki Marinade
Sliced Pineapple

Marinate chicken for at least 24 hours in a Ziploc bag refrigerate.
Rinse and then soak white rice in water for 1-2 hours.

Fire up the grill and BBQ the chicken. Lightly grill the Pineapple. In the background start cooking rice in a rice cooker. Once everything is finished place chicken over rice and top with grilled Pineapples and a little bit of unused marinade.

Quick and easy.
