Sticky Toffee Pudding ....Cheese?

From my part of the world Sticky Toffee Pudding is a delight to the taste buds. Imagine my surprise when I was in Costco last week and found it in a cheese form! "Must try this" I said to myself. Most of it was consumed at a tea party I held last Sunday, some people thought it was fudge! It is brown in color and has friut in it. Delicious, try it!
