Default Leftover turkey recipes?

We ran out of our turkey leftovers Friday morning, so I made and entirely new turkey (and fixings) on Saturday.... anyone have any good recipes for leftover turkey? I have a LOT of it. I think I'm going to try a turkey tetrazzini tonight, but that still leaves a few pounds of meat to work with tomorrow.

In years past, I've mostly made Turkey & Cheese sandwiches. Turkey and pasta with a tomato/marinara sauce has also been fairly tasty... but it's been a while since I've had to deal with those leftovers so, I'm mostly out of recipes. Usually, we just took the typical Chicken Recipes that call for already cooked Chicken and substitute Turkey.

That's funny hautemomma.....I did the same thing!!!!! We had family here on T-Day and then I made another turkey on Sunday and had the neighbors over....then after giving some turkey to our guests, the rest we have for cold sandwich's and hot turkey dinners. I like to make turkey soup and freeze it. It's great for a cold winter day dinner...and then turkey salad's are good too. Make them just like a chicken salad....
