Brining Your Turkey

Do any of you brine your turkey? I started doing this about six years ago and love the results. I'm curious if anyone else is doing this.

We did the brining 2-3 years ago; last year, our son did the turkey in a very hot (outdoor) deep fryer. Tasted great, but then you need to make the stuffing, gravy, etc., separately. This year we'll do the buffet at the club (only bad thing is no leftovers). Overall, though, don't think you can beat a big stuffed bird on the Weber (the charcoal, not the gas, kind).
