Old Joe has got a Ranch down by Crawford, CO, The Mad Dog Ranch. His Wife runs a little Restaurant in town where he hangs out once in a while.

I don't remember the specifics but Old Joe is big on working with Developmential Handicapped kids on The Mad Dog.

At least that was the story in the Mid 90's. 1090's.

I saw Joe with Mad Dogs and Englishmen and Leon Russell in 1970 at Winterland in SF. I was wondering that night what the hell he was singing, I just thought it was probably the Panama Red.
