Default what if you forget the answer to the question to reset your password

a friend of mine registered with this site, and than forgot her password and didn't write down the answer to the question, so she can't even get to you to get her password without knowing the answer to the question. What should she do now! Okay, she has CRS!!

She can just request a new password here

http://www.ranchomurietaonline.com/forum/reminder.html

Don't check "Ask me my question" that is to allow you to reset your password without getting an email. If she just types in her email that she registered with and hits "Send" she will get an email that will explain how to reset her password. If she needs help have her email me at matthew.mcguire@gmail.com. I cannot see her password (it is encrypted), but I can help reset it.
