Site Enhancements - PM and searching

PM

1> After I had the spammer on here a while ago I change the way PMs work a bit. A user with less than 10 posts cannot send a PM to any user but myself. They can receive PMs from other users. This restriction is automatically lifted after their 10th post on the site. If a non-spammer want access to the PM system before 10 posts then PM me and I will lift the restriction.

2> In the upper right hand corner you will see a blinking red text if you have any unread PMs.

3> If you are like me and PM several people at the same time it is a pain to reply to a PM and need to add additional recipients. Now there is a "Reply All" link at the end of the recipient list. Now you can reply to everyone with a single click.

Searching

1> At the top of each page there is a link that says "Search". You have always been able to search through the forums. I added a Google search function. When you use the Google Search you will be using Google to search murietaonline.com, ranchomurietaweb.org, ranchomurieta.com, ranchomurietacsd.com, ranchomurietacc.com, and rivervalletimes.com. Only results from these sites will appear.

After someone registers, how long before they can receive a pm from someone else already on the board? And, even if they don't have the 10 posts, can they reply if someone else sends them a pm?

They can receive PMs right away. Until they have 10 posts they can only send PMs to me. This is only to stop spammers, so if you know someone is not out to spam people and they have less than 10 posts, PM me their username and I will lift the restriction. We have only had one spammer that did this, but I don't want there to be a second one.
