more rm.com questions

Perhaps this is inappropriate because it's a question about a different website? If so, please accept my apologies. But I've had problems over there before, and I'm wondering if this is a "me" thing again.

Under my real name, I don't seem to get "approval" to post there (I've tried twice, no response, I give up), so I have to ask my question here.

When I search for either security or security logs, the logs don't come up. I have to go page by page and search. Is this only me? (Seems like there would be a special tab for that.)

Also, when I search for security, I don't get any of the recent stuff., like the last security committee meeting, or the anti-drug meeting, etc. -- is it me?

Send an e-mail to editor@ranchomurieta.com - I got kicked off a week or so ago, as it seems someone(s) had "stolen my cookies" and was trying to post under my name. It's okay now.

My first request was through the standard procedure, my second was an email to editor@ranchomurieta.com . I've decided that I'm happy here

Have you tried to email Karen directly? If you use your real name there I am not sure why your account would not be approved.

Do your searches look like this:

http://www.ranchomurieta.com/search/node/security

This should include any articles that include the word "security". Here is a link you can use to find all the security logs.

http://www.ranchomurieta.com/taxonomy/term/34

These searches will only locate articles since Karen moved to her new site format. Older information will not be found. Karen suggests using google to search for the old content. Here is the link. The problem is that if google does not index the page you will not find it. Another way I have found old content is by using archive.org. Here is the link. If you still have trouble let me know and I might be able to find the old content.

It looks like there's a lag in the search, because your link also doesn't contain the most recent articles, it stops at 8/1.

I bookmarked the link to the security logs, but it's a shame they don't have a tab for them and they don't show up if you use the search function on the site.

At least this time it isn't just me

I e-mailed Karen (Editor) to as the Maps of RM North & South are not where they were and I can't find them. They used to be under About RM.
Yes I agree it would be nice to have a security tab.

If you find the most recent Security Logs "story" (currently on page 2) and click the category "Security" at that story it takes you to a page collecting all the post-new-format security logs
