I wrote within a thread this morning in response to someone who responds ALOT. I don't think I was nasty (certainly not up to this person's level). I also suggested that once again he was about to hijack another thread and turn it into a food fight. Well, it did not get posted. Anybody know why? Or had this happen?
What is the proper reponse when someone rather than agreeing or disagreeing with the thread just attacks one person after the other?

I saw your response WtD. However, that was right after I notified the moderators about the same thing you were commenting on, and several of the posts were then removed, which would include your comment.

I thought your post was right on and would have been the appropriate response, had the whole thing not been removed.

I know the post you were talking about. I appreciated the post and I agree it was not nasty at all. Your posts was in the middle of a personal exchange between LisaT and Birdieman. Their exchange had nothing to do with the subject of the post and they were simply going after each other. I made the decision to delete both of their post in the thread. Once I did that your post kind of stood out and did not make sense since you were replying to posts that no longer existed. It had nothing to do with the content of your post.
