I'm impressed, Ranch, that you are following soccer.

I don't think he was turning it into a defeat - just pointing out that the US struggled and had to grind out a win against a vastly inferior team. If we want to compete against Brazil, Germany, and Italy come World Cup time, we have to do more than grab a win and go.

It was kind of like Notre Dame's win over San Diego State this weekend. ND won, but they didn't look like a good team doing it.
