Default Wine tasting at the Todd Taylor Winery

I wanted to tell people here in this community about the fun day my hubby, me and 10 friends had when we took a drive to the Todd Taylor Winery on Saturday. We had won a tour and wine tasting at his winery when we went to the ETC kick-off a few months ago. Todd's winery is in Clarksburg in the old sugar mill that he shares with several other wineries. It is a nice drive, first of all, and secondly, Todd is very knowledgeable about wine and gave us the royal treatment with a platter of cheeses, crackers, and a piece of chocolate for each of us. Since he is a resident, I would encourage you to take a drive to Clarksburg, and sample his wines, and then go have a picnic on the river like we did. One of our friends said it was the best wine tasting she has ever had. I'm not sure how much this would normally cost, but it might be worth it to do just once!!!

You are right on Icini! I didn't "taste" all of the wines because I had reacted my limit!! I am a light weight when it comes of alcohol.
