I thought of a couple of minor things. When you get your phone line hooked up you may want to register for CSD's reverse 911 system.

If there is an emergency in the community and security needs to notify a group or all residents this system makes automated calls to registered residents.

This one may sound silly and may not be an issue, but it is for us. The toilets in your home use a Mansfield "Water Saver Flush Valve".



The red seal on our toilets seem to go bad about every 6 - 12 months.



If you have this same issue your toilet will sound like it is always filling up the tank or will randomly flush itself. These seals are less the $2 at Home Depot and it takes just a couple of minutes to replace so it's not a big deal, but it did take me a while to figure out what the problem was when we moved into our home.

Heads up: if that red seal keeps going your flapper valve will be going as well. The chlorine eats them away.

I posted on RMO about it a while back.

I receive calls, often, but I believe it has to do with our proximity to the Lil' Darlings that inhabit The Boys Ranch.

I don't recall ever having to ask for such a Service.
