White Tile and Lt. Brown Carpeting being switched out for Dark Wood T&G.

Remodelers smokes Marlboro Lts, drank McDonalds Coffee.

This was either a Powder Room or we will see the Tub/Shower late today:

It used to be a weekly occurance but lately it had subsided, it seems to come and go with The Economy.

The real Hero's are Roger Brandt and his Crew. They do an unbelievable job on keeping Latrobe Road looking spiffy.

I would like to see them have more time for Golfing and Gardening and doing the Stuff that Retired Guys get to do.

The only reason I post this trash here is in the hopes that someone saw somebody getting a Remodel Job. I am certain the Homeowner is unaware that their Bathroom is lying on Latrobe and would like to know what their Contractor has done.

Roger that on Roger and the others who maintain the Conservancy and other lands around here. True unsung heroes.

It's unfortunate but probably unavoidable that RMA doesn't have any records on interior renovations b/c they don't have ARC oversight over these. If these were exterior materials it'd be much easier to sleuth out the source.

I just talked to Roger, he was on Latrobe picking up what would fit in his truck bed.
