I don't believe there are, just the "take 'em down" rule which was created b/c some homeowners just left theirs up and that bothered somebody (oh, the humanity!).

Okay, this might shock all of you, but I saw the sign on Monday at the South Gate, and I thought it looked nice. It is my impression that some of the decorations have been made by the Maintenance Department. From a reliable source, many of the decorations were purchased by the Community Club as well, when they were a very active group.
Birdie, I'm surprised that words that you read are making you physically ill. I can give you some tips to help prevent that!!
