Great tree lighting event, once again! Thanks to the community partners who served the cookies, hot chocolate, and schnapps (with a dash of coffee ;-)

Also, it was great to hear the singing, and watch the young kids dance and rock away. Truly a great RM gathering.

That's a good question. I didn't realize there were any restrictions on what kind of decorations you could put up.....

I didnt see anything in the governing docs regarding the character of the decorations. An incredible hole to drive a Mack truck through but it is what it is. I noticed on Via Del Cerrito last night a gargantuan display of inflatables. Tis the season I say.

What's the world/neighborhood coming to. After reading this thread from start to finish, I am truly saddened. I like you all but sometimes you make me sick to my stomach. Seriously, complaining about Christmas decorations. Good grief! What's next, complaining about the color of the Easter eggs at the Easter egg hunt??
