Bobbi's long been a proponent of openness and responsiveness to constituents, and of being firm with developers. I know Steve and Betty are of a like mind on those scores. I think we're in good shape.

Congradulations Bobbi. I've worked pretty close with Bobbi for several years and have great respect for her. We have been in constant contact for the past year on issues concerning both CSD and RMA. She will do a great job for us tax payers.

I hope Bobbi was not presiding over the board last night when they apparently "rammed" through a developer "bailout". I see that it was a split vote and she voted with the majority.

I want to hear some explanations for this irresponsible use of taxpayer money.

Why don't those of you who want to hear Bobbi's ratioanle for her vote pick up your "green book" and call and ask her? I think she is listed.

Some things about whys and wherefores in ongoing contract negotiations often can't be just pasted up on a public wall. Calling Bobbi is probably a good idea, I think I'll do just that this weekend after I get a chance to read the belatedly available proposal (I think Karen has it up now).

I have a hunch there was "a" reason for not holding out for cash on the barrelhead instead of this escrow dodge, but don't know what it is. Maybe playing "40 questions" with Bobbi will shed some light. Try it, she doesn't bite, she'll just talk your ear off.

I also want to congratulate Bobbi for becoming the new Pres. I hope that her reasons were made totally on her own, and she wasn't influenced by biased pro developer board members or by Ed Crouse. I have always considered Bobbi a free thinker and so I will give her the benefit of the doubt that how she voted in her mind was the best for all of us.
