Default Channel 10 and 13 Have Same programming
Anyone else notice that Channel 10 and 13 have the exact same programming on them? I guess I won't be watching Desperate Housewives tonight..... Plus they just jumped from the show "The Unit" to like an Entertainment tonight episode....

Are those with DISH seeing the same thing or is it just RMA cable?

Yup we noticed that too. The HD versions have the correct programming.

I grabbed tonight's episode of Desperate Housewives off the net.

You should be able to watch this on your computer. The file is about 350MB so it may take a little while to download. (95 minutes at 512K). I can get some other shows if you need them.

I'm sure the problem had nothing to do with our fine cable system or operators. ABC must ahve been "accidently" broadcasting the CBS signal and no one there caught it.

I watched the Unit on our free HD channels. All channels were working fine on the HD side. The Unit episode was a very old one. You did not miss much.

I wonder how "fine" our cable system and operators could be if we would stop trying to get RMA out of the cable business, and accept that RMA has a legal obligation to run the cable system. Just think, if all the money that has been spent so far defending their obligation was spent toward hiring full time staff, or training for the maintenance staff who now find themselves as cable technicians, how much better off the cable system would be.

has any of those who are complaining about this issue called RMA to at the minimum find out what they are doing to fix this problem? This is what always bothers me when people complain on this site and the rm.com site. Unfortunately, if something happens on the weekend, it won't be addressed until Monday when the techs are working. I hope that when this issue is fixed that you will come back on and tell us this also. It only seems fair in my mind to pass on the good news instead of just the bad news.
