I lived in Japan for 10 years, my wife is Japanese so for our money the best Japanese Sushi is served at Akebono which is located on Folsom-Auburn Rd and Douglas Blvd. Note I said Japanese sushi.....
We have been to the afore mentioned places and they are OK, but slanted toward American tastes....if your fiends enjoy real sushi takr them to Akebono. Its a bit of a drive but worth it.
