be considered to be a crime... called trespass. If you do it on someone's private property and you damage their property, that also might
be a crime. Vandalism.
You can absolutely skateboard on common area. I could care less. Just don't skateboard on my private property without my permission for you to be there. Don't damage the common area and don't damage my private property.
I absolutely think that we, as a community, should create, designate, and build an area where all those wonderfully done tricks can be done and won't cause any damage to anyone's property. Hasn't that been on the RMA's burners (front and back) for a while?
