I think that that is often given for the reason.
However, from personal knowledge of many that have left, I would say that the turnover has to do more with the situation out here, of being expected to do a job, but not given the tools to do it with.
Hopefully, that will be getting straightened out, and that we've hit the lowest low, and the only way will be up. I would hate to think that it might get worse before it gets better.
